What we collect
When you send an enquiry, admission, programme or demo-class form we collect the parent or guardian's name, mobile number and (optionally) email address, together with the student's name, class and age, the programme of interest and your message. We collect nothing else, and we never ask children for personal data in the DIVYA.AI chat.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo class or admission, and share information about the programme you asked about. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you for marketing, and we never sell or rent it.
Consent (DPDP Act 2023)
Every form requires you to confirm that you are the parent or guardian and consent to being contacted. Your consent is recorded with the submission. A student account, when portals launch, will only be created with verified parental consent, and a student under 18 will be linked to a parent account.
Children's photographs and names
We never publish a student's name or photograph on this website unless the parent's consent has been recorded with us. Until then, achiever cards show a placeholder.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you or your child at any time. Email divyaeduinst@gmail.com or call +91 82170 14364 and we will act on the request.
AI features
DIVYA.AI answers from a knowledge base written by our office and is labelled "AI-generated - check with your teacher". Your chat messages are sent to our AI provider only to generate the reply; we do not use them to train models and we do not ask for personal data in chat.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you, and are accessible only to authorised institute staff through a password-protected admin area over HTTPS.
