How our AI works
Written for parents, in plain language. No jargon.
It only knows what we tell it
DIVYA.AI answers from a knowledge base written by our own office — our courses, programmes, address, office hours and admission steps. It is not allowed to guess fees, batch timings, results or dates. If it does not know, it says so and offers to connect you to a teacher on WhatsApp.
It speaks your language
You can type or speak in English, Hindi or Kannada, and it replies in the same language. Tap the microphone to speak and the speaker icon to hear the answer read aloud.
It helps you choose
Like a counsellor at the front desk, it asks your child's class and interests and suggests suitable programmes — then helps you book a free demo class.
Every answer is labelled
Every AI reply carries the line "AI-generated - check with your teacher". For anything important — fees, timings, admission confirmation — please confirm with our office.
It does not collect children's data
The chat never asks for passwords, payment details, school records or addresses. When you send an enquiry form, we store only the parent's name, phone, email and the child's class and age, with your consent — as required by India's DPDP Act 2023.
It has limits, on purpose
Off-topic and unsafe requests are refused, and AI usage is rate-limited so the service stays affordable and available. If the AI service is down, you will see a friendly message with our phone number instead of an error.
